Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

1. Shipping & Fulfillment Policy (Digital Goods)

Mariyanology, owned and operated by Shifa Ansari, specializes exclusively in digital WordPress products, license keys, and downloadable website assets.

Electronic Delivery: There is no physical shipping. All purchases are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment completion:

  • Instant access to license keys and files in your account under My Account > Downloads.
  • An automated order confirmation email containing your license key(s) sent to your registered billing email within minutes of payment.

2. 7-Day Refund & Replacement Guarantee

Because software license keys are non-tangible, irrevocable digital assets once delivered, we advise buyers to review product compatibility before ordering.

Conditions for Refund / Replacement:

  • If a delivered license key is invalid or fails activation on your WordPress site, and our technical support is unable to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement key within 48 hours of your report.
  • If duplicate charges occurred due to a temporary payment gateway network error.

3. Refund Request Process & Timelines

To request a refund or replacement key, please contact our support desk at financemariyaansari@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your Order ID and payment transaction reference (Cashfree / Razorpay Payment ID).
  • Details or a screenshot of the activation issue encountered.

Refund Turnaround Time: Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately and will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card) within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with standard payment aggregator clearing timelines.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Due to automated instant delivery of license keys, an order cannot be canceled after the digital key has been revealed or downloaded. If you made an accidental purchase and have not yet viewed or downloaded the license, please contact us immediately at financemariyaansari@gmail.com within 2 hours of checkout.
