2. Nature of Digital Products & Electronic Fulfillment

Mariyanology offers digital goods, including genuine WordPress themes, template packs, pro plugin license keys, and specialized web consultation services.

Instant Digital Delivery: All products are purely digital assets. No physical shipment takes place. Immediately upon successful payment verification, software license keys and direct download files are delivered electronically to your customer account dashboard and emailed to the billing email address provided during checkout.

3. Pricing & Secure Payment Processing

Prices for all items are quoted on the site in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) or United States Dollars (USD $). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

Electronic payments on Mariyanology are processed securely through certified, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) compliant payment partners, including Cashfree Payments and Razorpay. We never store, process, or view your sensitive card numbers, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs.

4. License Usage Terms

Each purchased license key is valid for single or specified domain use according to the plan purchased. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized public sharing of digital licenses is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent license revocation without refund.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please review our full Refund & Cancellation Policy. In brief, since digital keys are instant and irrevocable, refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase only in cases where a license key is verifiably defective or non-functional and our support team cannot provide a valid replacement.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
